We are proud to have taken on the ambitious challenge of transforming a 3,000m2 space spread over 3 levels in just 16 months, without interrupting the activities of the company 's employees.
This beautiful project was born of the desire to completely rethink the organization of work within the company, to improve accessibility and energy efficiency, while creating an elegant, sober and modern atmosphere.
It took 4 months of meticulous planning and preparation to bring this major restructuring to fruition.
The omnipresence of wood makes these offices unique. Indeed, this versatile material was used in a variety of ways (on the floor with solid parquet, as well as on the walls, ceilings and in the form of perforated partitions) to create unique, personalized spaces.
The reception area was conceived as a real link between the 3 levels, with the creation of 2 superb interior staircases, allowing fluid circulation between floors.
Collective open spaces were arranged around patios, forming wells of natural light. To punctuate the entrance to each department while maintaining visual communication, the executive offices were positioned adjacent to the open spaces.
In addition, work cafés, herbal tea rooms and relaxation areas are located in the conventional work zones, providing environments conducive to collaboration and creativity.
The 4th floor, dedicated to management, now includes a majestic multi-purpose room for up to 50 people, which can be split into 2 parts by a movable wall, as well as a dining room with its own pantry, offices and an ultra-connected boardroom.
To meet the acoustic requirements inherent in these large spaces, we laid a carpet made from recycled fishing-net fibers, with an absorbent underlay. We also treated the false ceilings by integrating absorbent surfaces, as well as the technical equipment (air conditioning, cable trays, etc.). Last but not least, we chose low partition units, lockers, seats and planters to reduce noise pollution.
We would like to thank Galian for entrusting us with this major project, and are proud to have played a part in writing this new chapter in its history, where modernity and responsibility come together to create an exceptional working environment.
