Albingia: The office "just like home

Albingia, a major independent player in corporate risk insurance in France, recently entrusted us with the renovation of its head office in Levallois-Perret, with a strong demand to "create an environment where the office feels like home".

The main challenge was to transform this vast space of over 5000m² spread over 6 floors, while maintaining the activity of the teams on site, in just 9 months.

While each floor was designed according to the specific needs of the different departments, a strong common identity ensures visual and functional coherence between the spaces.

The secret of this warm, vintage ambience lies in the use of soft tones, wood, plants and elements inspired by the home. For example, planters have been integrated into the storage units to add a natural, soothing touch.

We chose toassign a distinct color palette to each area to reinforce the identity of the different spaces. The meeting rooms are dressed in shades of blue and green, while the libraries are adorned with blue tones. Communal areas, such as the coffee, dining and lounge areas, feature warm colors such as terracotta and ochre, conducive to relaxation and exchange. The landings, meanwhile, subtly recall Albingia's visual identity with touches of pink, in reference to the logo.

The shared spaces are fitted out with home-inspired furniture sourced from second-hand dealers. This choice contributes to the coziness of the spaces and is in line with Albingia's commitment to a circular economy.
Workspaces are open-plan and structured around informal meeting areas to enable employees to vary their working positions and encourage exchange and collaboration.

With this new environment focused on authenticity, comfort and well-being, Albingia intends to reinforce its core values: Technicity, Independence, Agility and Commitment.
