A new era for Giropharm

Giropharm, a major player in the pharmaceutical industry, has made a 180-degree turn in its working environment. Moving away from traditional partitioned offices, Giropharm opted for a Flex Office layout, giving rise to an innovative new workspace.

This project embodies Giropharm's desire to innovate and meet the new needs of its teams. The layout of the 600m2 space was designed to provide a better sequencing of spaces, with improved management of flows and nuisances, reinforcing the company's identity and values.

Particular attention was paid to workplace comfort, with the emphasis on spaces bathed in natural light. Wherever possible, work islands have been separated by furniture and nomadic spaces. In this way, spaces are better sequenced, acoustics are better dealt with and technical equipment finds its place. In addition, coworking spaces, meeting rooms and hybrid zones have been created to encourage collaboration and limit noise pollution.

We also focused on incorporating the company's graphic charter, creating visual harmony in these generous spaces. The warm ambience, combined with thoughtful ergonomics and meticulous decoration, contributes to the well-being of the employees.

The project also included a crucial change management phase. Working closely with the Giropharm teams, we facilitated the integration of the new premises and the new way of working.
