KRE Concept isn't just for the service sector, it's also for retail and private customers!

We recently renovated a sumptuous apartment in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

When we took on this project, we were faced with a daunting challenge: to completely rethink the spaces of this 140m2 apartment, which had been frozen in the style of the 1960s.

This magnificent walk-through apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with its own personality, 2 elegant bathrooms, and a vast living room bathed in natural light. The heart of this transformation lies in the harmonious fusion of the kitchen with the living room. Previously located near the entrance, the kitchen has been transformed and relocated to become an open, convivial space. Fluid lines were designed to encourage circulation. The aim was to create not only a living space, but also a cocoon in which to meet, relax and be inspired.

We carefully selected top-of-the-range materials: solid parquet brings a natural warmth to every room, while marble-inspired tiling lends a timeless elegance. Every detail has been meticulously considered, including the bespoke storage units that blend perfectly into the space, offering both practicality and aesthetic appeal.
