Cuban tradition in the heart of Paris

We are proud to unveil our latest project: the ambitious transformation of the headquarters of a flagship of Cuban tradition. Two floors of almost 300m² located in the 19th arrondissement, completely renovated according to our client's aesthetic and functional requirements.

The main objective was clear: to faithfully reflect the company's identity with a subdued, elegant ambience, while bringing light into the heart of the building.

The project met a number of technical challenges, including the complete removal of asbestos from the floors, as well as the upgrading of thermal and acoustic performance, including the installation of a reversible air-conditioning system in certain areas and the replacement of external joinery. These improvements now guarantee optimum comfort for employees, whatever the season.

The layout of the spaces has been designed to encourage the circulation of natural light, creating a warm and stimulating atmosphere. The choice of noble, durable materials, the meticulous finishes and the overall design were guided by the desire to reflect the company's unique universe.

The visual identity of the premises is based on a subtle homage to Cuban landscapes and tobacco growing. Carefully integrated vegetation recalls the colors and textures of this inspiring nature, creating a strong and original link. The smoking room is particularly unique, with its hushed, intimate ambience, where subdued light caresses warm, noble materials. The enchanting atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy, in a refined setting designed to savor every moment in total discretion.
