Redesign space to improve the working environment.

As part of this project, ADL Performance chose to redefine its working environment and commissioned K.R.E Concept to carry out the entire 500m² fit-out in Montreuil.

Through workshops and work sessions aimed at identifying user needs, shared spaces have been created in various forms: consultation spaces, telephone spaces and informal spaces.

These areas have become an integral part of the new organization, surrounding the company's nerve center: the boardroom. Treated as a "box within a box", its architecture and positioning reinforce its role. In this way, the new ensemble brings together the formal and the informal, conveying the image of a dynamic, serious company. The materials chosen for the concept (carpet rather than PVC, wood, felt, etc.) have created a sober, soft and warm environment conducive to reflection.
