Works Supervisor

POLE - TCE

TYPE OF CONTRACT - CDI

LOCATION - Saint-Maurice

REMUNERATION - Between €42,000 and €60,000 gross depending on profile

EXPERIENCE - 7 years minimum

Offer description

Working in collaboration with our architects and project managers, you will be responsible for a variety of projects involving all building trades

Your missions

  • you discuss our customers' projects in meetings with our project managers
  • you analyze requirements and carry out quantity surveys and costing
  • you draw up bids according to our price list
  • you draw up a work schedule
  • you set up the teams needed to ensure the smooth running of your projects
  • you ensure the proper organization of supplies
  • you manage and monitor the work
  • take part in site meetings and validate work progress
  • ensure regular reporting to customers (reports)
  • take delivery of the work and remove any reservations

Profile required

  • Bac + 2 or higher
  • You have at least 7 years' experience in managing building and civil engineering projects, and excellent knowledge of masonry, electricity, plumbing and structural work.
  • You have a valid driving license and all your points.
  • You are autonomous, versatile, responsive, organized, rigorous and have excellent interpersonal skills.
