REMUNERATION - Between €42,000 and €70,000 gross depending on profile

Offer description

In collaboration with our quantity surveyors, site supervisors and the architectural team, you will take charge of various projects involving all trades as an interior designer. On our fitting-out projects, you will be responsible for the interior design of the projects entrusted to you.

Your missions

  • you analyze needs and work with us to define layout and decoration guidelines
  • you prepare 2D and 3D views and axonometries in collaboration with our space planner
  • you create the project moodboard
  • you carry out quantity surveys and costing
  • you draw up bids according to our price list
  • you draw up a work execution schedule
  • you set up the teams needed to ensure that projects run smoothly
  • you ensure the proper organization of supplies
  • ensure regular reporting to customers
  • you manage and monitor construction sites
  • you take part in site meetings and check on work progress
  • take delivery of the work and remove any reservations.

Profile required

  • Graduate of an architecture or design school
  • you have at least 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar position
  • You're passionate about decoration & furniture
  • You have a valid driving license and all your points.
  • You are autonomous, versatile, responsive, organized, rigorous and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have a good command of Illustrator, Photoshop and the Office pack.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus
  • A car and a telephone are at your disposal.
